Mark Pengelly | Founder & Director, MAPIN Property Solutions an accomplished Manager, Leader, Training Capability Specialist and ICT Consultant.
With over 38 years of experience in high-level consultancy, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement, Mark Pengelly brings a strategic and solutions-driven mindset to the property sector.
Before founding MAPIN Property Solutions, Mark held senior roles across the defence, ICT, and training innovation sectors, working with organisations such as Raytheon UK, Babcock PLC, and NATO. His extensive background includes managing multimillion-pound projects, leading cross-functional teams, and designing systems that solve complex challenges—skills he now applies directly to property investment and portfolio growth.
Mark’s transition into property was born from a passion for creating long-term value through smart investments and strong client relationships. He recognised a gap in the market for a property business built on integrity, professionalism, and hands-off support, and MAPIN was created to fill that space.
Known for his reliability, attention to detail, and solution-focused approach, Mark leads with the same level of discipline and trust that earned him a Senior Executive Commendation and security clearance in his previous career.
